Our team of experienced industry professionals has practical knowledge in their field of study and the appropriate level of formal education. The curriculum is geared toward entry-level students with no prior background in the subject matter, focusing on the specialized skills and knowledge needed for today’s marketplace by providing programs that encompass theory, clinical application, and professional development.

 

Throughout history, we have strived to continuously update curriculum and program offerings and upgrade equipment to serve our students better. We have done so with the active participation of our graduates, faculty, staff, advisory board, and employers.

 

Hollywood Institute of Beauty Careers

Hollywood Institute of Beauty Careers was founded in 1974 to provide professional training and education to individuals interested in a career in Cosmetology and related career fields leading to licensure and/or certification.  Hollywood Institute of Beauty Careers’ main campus is in Hollywood, Florida.  Additional branches are located in West Palm Beach and Orlando (Casselberry).  All three locations are nationally accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences and approved by the U.S. Department of Education to provide Title IV Financial Aid to those students that qualify.  We are licensed by the Commission for Independent Education (CIE), Florida Department of Education. ​
