For those of you wondering what comes next after quarantine in terms of your health, check out our wellness tips:
Get plenty of rest. As the world returns to a faster pace, don’t forget that it’s important to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
Stay in the moment. Thinking too far ahead is stressful and isn’t good for your body. Practice mindfulness to lower stress levels.
Slow down. You’ll be tempted to rev up production and get back to a faster pace, but ease back into a pre-quarantine pace slowly.
Exercise. More and more people made exercise a part of their daily routine to combat boredom, but don’t stop moving once quarantine ends. Keep up your exercise routine to stay healthy and fit.
Eat more fruits and vegetables. Did you plant a garden during quarantine? Whole foods are great for a healthy complexion, lower heart disease and diabetes risk, and reduced inflammation.
